Herring pearls are a substitute for caviar made from smoked herring fillets that comes from the sustainable fishing in the North Sea’s cold waters. A unique and revolutionary process allows to obtain small pearls with the appearance of roe.

The natural roe of salmon and trout are elaborated in Sj. Odden Peninsula, Denmark, idyllic sourroundigs where the highest quality facilities are settled. Here, the natural roe is extracted directly from salmon and trouts, and only salt is added in the process. The natural salmon roe comes from keta variety, known as red caviar.
