Details

Extra Virgin Olive Oil from La Mancha of yellow-greenish color with golden reflections. The flavor is intense, sweet and very fruity, tasting to green almonds, tomato in branch and lavender.

This extra virgin olive oil is obtained by cold mechanical extraction of farmhouse Arbequina olives. These olives are harvested very early harvest, before the first autumn colds, in mid November.
