RIESLING (Maetierra’s Spanish White Guerrilla)
Our initial objective was to cultivate this variety to improve wines from the point of view of acidity and bring freshness to the wines.
The great surprise was when once vinified, in addition to surpassing our expectations of acidity and freshness, we discovered some very fine aromas, very elegant, very subtle; It also shows a smoothness, structure and elegance when going through the throat, which if wanted by many aging reds, long step and velvety memory.
It has been a wine, subtle, humble and elegant. With a straw yellow color that will acquire more golden tones with time.

On the nose it is an elegant and fine wine, in which fruity notes stand out along with dry hay and certain pastry notes, conjugated with other more acid aromas. The palate presents a magnificent balance between its high acidity and the small amount of unfermented sugar, which gives it a tasty and long, sweet and acidic step at the same time.
