MAZACRUZ CIMA 2011
Red wine of three varietals from 2011, ideal pairing with Manchegos P.D.O. cheeses.
Mazacruz Cima 2011 is a multivarietal wine made with 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Petit Verdot and 11% Merlot, which grapes are mechanically harvested at night. The wine goes through a cold pre-fermentation maceration.
The color is cherry red with intense and complex aromas, identifying berries, coffee and smoke with a mineral background.
In the palate we find again the notes identified in the nose, black fruit and barrel. Vintage wines are aged 12 months in French oak barrels.
A wine that pair wonderfully with Manchego PDO cheese, beef steak and game meats.
