It elaborates its wine collection with the minimum possible intervention, respecting to the maximum the fruit of its vineyards, located in the highest and freshest area of the denomination, achieving a 100% natural product.
With a variety of Garnacha grapes and vineyards of organic farming, of little production sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges. The vines, planted on fresh calcareous clay soils, have never been treated with synthetic chemicals.
The aging takes place in 10 months in barrel. With a cherry color with violet nuances. It presents a medium intensity.
Franco, clean and elegant with aromas of red fruits, licorice and notes of species.
The palate is pleasant, elegant and medium-bodied. Medium acidity, soft tannins and well integrated. With notes of red fruits and pepper that were already appreciated in the nose. Balanced, with harmony and pleasant aftertaste.
