Lavender honey is made exclusive from lavender flowers. It tends to crystallize, since in its elaboration no physical-chemical treatment is used. To make it liquid, just heat it in a water-bath for a short while.
Of an amber color, its texture is dense and the aroma is very intense to lavender. It is sweet in taste, arising balsamic and eucalyptus notes.
This honey is produced in the same farm from where our Mazacruz wines come from, in La Mancha.
