The harvest takes place in the first week of October. The Fermentation is spontaneous with own yeasts in stainless steel tanks temperature-controlled inferior to 26ºC during 2 weeks of maceration.
The aging is 4 months in French, European and American oak barrels. It has violet and red tones. In Nose it is Intense, and it surprises by its frank aroma of forest fruits, licorice, underbrush, spicy touches and chocolate.
The palate has a great balance, corpulent but fine and fresh at the same time, appearing again full of fruit and notes of the barrel in the aftertaste.
