Mazacruz Cabernet Sauvignon is a single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon wine, which grapes are harvested by hand at their optimum ripening stage.
The color is red cherry with ruby reflections and the aromas are the typical of the varietal, appreciating aromas of pepper, berries and a vegetal background, together with light toasted notes, coffee and cedar wood.
It is a wine of a great flavor, wide and long lasting in the mouth. Crianza wines are kept three months in French oak barrels.
An ideal wine to combine with roasted red meat and matured intense cheeses.
